Small share today

LOL I have scrapped but there is some Therapy and Hero Arts stuff I can't share as yet.
Here is what I can
My latest page using the scrummy MME papers on sale in Therapy. The pics are of my friends little boy enjoying some time out in the bush.

And my latest page for Scrapping the music. These pics are of my Missy dressed up in the costume I wore to my retreat in Aug jumping on the trampoline out back. The colours in the pics were pretty bright and I just wasn't too sure if I could scrap them in colour but love how this turned out.

Any way that is it from me. Yeap short and sweet for a change. Don't forget about the guessing game in the last post. I'll reveal just how many I have and the winner of the rak next Monday.

My little letter stash

After Debbies post on her blog the other day a few of the girls over at Hero arts and Missy Jane too wanted to know just how many sheets of the mini letters I have. So after using some of them on my latest STM layout I thought I'd gather them all up, take a pic and then count them.

Here's the pic. There is a mix of Making Memories and Carolee's Creations here and I've not got any of the Rose Moka ones yet. I managed to find some chocolate brown Carolee's Creations ones the other day when I was of using a voucher I had here to spend. So can't wait to add them to the pile.

How many are there? Well I'm not telling. lol Well not yet anyway. In amongst all those sheets I had a few full ones so I have put them aside for a rak that I'll post out to whoever guesses closest. Start guessing by leaving a comment on this post and I'll post just how many there are when I do next Mondays post.

Till Monday thanks for stopping by and any comments you may leave and happy scrapping.

Scrapy share and some sad news too.

Well a bit of scrapping has been happening out here. Some I can share, some I can't just yet.
Here is some of what I can.
Scrap Therapy project
My cards from Therapy's step post weekend. You can find the instructions here.
I also scrapped the photos that Jenny sent me too but will share the layout I have done for her in a few weeks.
Scrapping the music project
I so love the song that is this weeks inspiration. All summer long by Kid Rock and here is my page for it.
I had fun mixing some of my newer Basic Grey goodies with some old ones. The backing paper for this layout is from the Two scoops paper range and so goes with the paper and dies from the Of beat range. I took these pics of Asher a week or so ago and just love them.
When I had finished this layout I pulled together some of the scraps and made up this card for the challenge over at the Hero Arts blog last week.
and this one too.
I love how both of these came together and after I brought a new Fiskars lace punch Saturday while at the Fiskars day I just had to use it that night.
And for the news.
We had a visitor on Sunday, a very umwelcome one. 3 meter long Dugite. Craig noticed it at our bedroom window about 9.00ish Sunday morning. I had put Reenie outside about 5 maybe 10 minutes earlier. While Craig was on the phone for about 30 odd minutes trying to get hold of someone to come out and get the snake I was out the front on snake watch. It had gone into the corner of our front yard near the carport and I hadn't seen it come out again but it must have gotten through a hole in the fence and gotten out back as that is where the snake man found it when he arrived 20 mins later. He and Craig tried to catch it but to no avail. We have no idea where it went and haven't seen Reenie since. We are hoping that she has decided to go of on a little adventure but it is more than likey the snake got her.
Anyway that is it from me. I'm beat and am heading to bed.
Till next time, thanks for stopping by and any coments you may leave and happy scrapping.

I'm excited

so excited that I'm feeling very
So excited that I just had to grab one of my Purple onion stamps and make a card.

Which will soon be on it's way to Michele as a way of saying thanks for giving me the chance to be a part of the team. I have been checking out some of the fellow team members blogs and all I'll say is wow. There is some awesome talent in the list.

I used a new thank you Note block that was part of the few I was sent out to make my final submission with.

I so can't wait to start sharing with you what I made for my final submission entry and will do so shortly.

As always thanks for popping in and any comments and till next time happy scrapping.

MME goodies to share

I've been having fun with some of the yummy MME goodies up in the shop over in Therapy. They are on special all month so pop on over and get some while you can. My favorite would have to be this one. The other side that is. Most of the MME papers are double sided and so versitile. This is my layout for PT's blind scrap on Friday night a layout for a friend of her boy Darcy. I used a MM diecut sheet as a template to give the MME an edge.

Completing the blind scrap on Friday or the one on the 29th too will added to your challenge tally for this months challenge champion along with all of the other challenges happening this month. Jenny was last months winner and I have some pics of hers here to work some scrap magic on for her as her prize.

I've also managed to complete a boy layout using the Girls only range of papers. It was a little challenge I set myself seeing as I scrapped Asher with the boy range. This little cutie is my friend Christine's grandson. I managed to use both sides of the papers on this and I found my challenge harder than I thought it would be.

I also managed to put togther two cards from the scraps of this kit I had to work with.

So far from the kit I have managed to do two layouts and the two cards and still have scraps over. These little kits are so good in value.

In between shopping, housework, having family over and gardeing I managed to pop into a few of my old haunts for a chat and some challenges too and managed to do this card.

I love the look over sanding over a chipboard element so much that it is something I'll be trying again for sure.

Well that is it from me for now. I'm beat and heading of to bed.

Till next time thanks for popping in and any comments you may leave happy scrapping and see you all in Therapy.

Do you love MME

Then you will love Scrap Therapy this month.
MME is this months man of the month and on ON SALE ALL MONTH LONG. Lee ann has been busy uploading new stuff into the what's new section and MME isn't all that is new but I'll let you find out for yourself what else there is.
Want to see what I have done with some of the new and old MME papers.
My inspiration sample this month
My man of the month ATC. I was so wrapped when I got an email from Sarah saying I had won a prize over at Inkurable stampers for last months man of the month atc.
My calendar page
A page for the color combos galore blog. A new blog I have come across and one I'll be trying to play along with again.
I have one more page I have done but for reasons unknown I have deleted it from my computer but you can find it with a step post on theTherapy forum. I'll post it on my blog once I have another pic.
We were cyber cropping on the weekend and here is my challenge sample
along with a page I did for Mandys sketch challenge. I'm loving this page at the moment my new fav.

I also managed to do the Hero Arts challenge this week. I altered an old block calendar I had just sitting around. I turned it into a xmas count down calendar.

I had Asher set up the photo shoot of this for me and didn't realize that she had one of the little birds upside down till some of the girls over at Hero's pointed it out. lol

and last but by no means least my STM layout inspired by the Blondie song The tide is high.

Will on the STM subject a big congrats to Mandy and Sar W over on Therapy for making the hall of fame and winning the rak too. Great stuff girls.

I would also like to congratulate one of my on line scrappy pals from Scrapbook.com Michelle Lanning on making the Dream Street design team. Well done Missy make sure you pull out your Pink Tiara and wear it with pride. I can't wait to see you work your scrappy magic with Dream Street goodies.

Well that is it from me for now I think as it is way past my bed time.

As always thanks for popping in and any comments.

Happy scrapping and see you all in Therapy.
